Tags of Love - The Stamp Market | Using Up Scraps

I can't think of a better way to use up scraps than to make tags, and adorn them with heaps of little bits and bobs...And since my scap pile has been getting out of control lately, it was the perfect time for these!

I've really loved using the super versatile Made with Love tags from TSM. There is something soo sweet about this set of dies and stamps. The oodles of little greetings, piles of pretty shapes to cut, and cute little accents. And because all the pieces are so tiny, they've been perfect for my scrap stash!

My first tag is a super simple cardstock piece, stamped with the polka dot accents, heat-embossed, and then stamped with a soft pink Distress Oxide ink for the sentiment. I thought it would make for the perfect baby shower tag! Boy or girl, it's simple and oh-so-fresh!

For my next tag, I used the gorgeous scripty sentiment in the stamp set to add an embossed accent to this pretty floral print. It's SUCH a gorgeous tidbit...I simply couldn't let it go to waste. I adorned the top with a button and a bow.

Lastly, I used a co-ordinating print for the next tag base, and the rest of that pretty blue cardstock for the Skinny Upper Alphabet cuts. I love, love, love this set of dies so much!! When working with a tight space, it's so nice to be able to use these skinny letters to spell things out. Here, I abbreviated to save even more space ;)

I used the accents in the stamp set to add a little vellum and banner action, and a sweet little heart, along with a bow and a button.

These couldn't be simpler, but they were so much fun to make! I think these few supplies along with a pile of scraps would make for a mighty fine on-the-go kit...Don't you?
