It’s been a while, I know. We’ve had to wait for some tech repairs, but I’m happy to report that we’re back in business! Which means I can finally post all the cards that have patiently been waiting.
Today, I’m stopping by to share a couple of creations with my latest obsession - Pinkfresh Washi Tape.
Today, I’m stopping by to share a couple of creations with my latest obsession - Pinkfresh Washi Tape.
Both projects below feature the gorgeous Eucalyptus Fantasy washi, along with the co-ordinating dies. I’ve also snuck in another washi design, so let’s see if you can pick it out!
I’ll give you a hint...It will beautify any background with an instant rainbow :)
And it’s how I started off my first card. The Rainbow with Splatters washi is a stunning array of watercoloured hues, with tiny gold speckles. I love that it makes watercolour art totally possible within seconds. Just peel, adhere, and admire. So easy!
Atop the watercolor washi background, I layered the gorgeous eucalyptus wreath using the co-ordinating washi + dies, along with a matching heat-embossed design overtop (stamped with Eucalyptus Fantasy stamps on heat-resistant acetate). I added a die-cut sentiment using the Classic Words dies. The little strip of painted paper looks even cuter when die-cut with the Simple Edgers scallop design.
For the watercolored tag, I opted for the same elements....because why not! I just love making matching tags. Here, I made just a couple of changes, such as embossing my sentiment in a deep lilac, and going for a lighter hue in the ribbon. I used the beautiful Classic Tags with Fillable Elements dies for my base.
I hope you’ve had a chance to play with these stunning washi designs. They’re so much fun, and a super easy way to make quick, yet elegant projects.
Thanks so much for your visits friends. I'll be back very soon with more :)

I only share products I love, and think you will too :)
Biggest thank you's for visiting and for your support! It means so much.
So sorry I haven't been here for awhile--can't seem to keep up. I didn't realize PF had Washi & now I have even more things on my wishlist! Your projects are gorgeous, Ivana!
ReplyDeleteAw thanks, sweet Greta! I hope you have had a good Summer and that things are wonderful :) Sending many hugs to you! p.s. The washi is sooo beautiful, isn't it?
DeleteDashed over from the PFS blog to say: Ivana, this card/tag ensemble is absolutely gorgeous! The Rainbow washi recently arrived at my place; need to find some time to play with it! Your inspiring designs here are certainly giving me incentive to do so; aiming for the weekend, as we're expecting company - my niece (she's 9), nephew (he's 7), brother and SIL tomorrow. Lots of crafting planned for the kiddos: we're going to make Disney albums!
