Happy Holidays - The Stamp Market

Happy Thanksgiving, Friends! I hope your day is off to a fabulous start and that you’re surrounded
by loved ones (and yes, crafty supplies count!) It’s totally ok if you’re sneaking in some craft time this weekend ;)

Speaking of the holidays - do you find that you are a card or tag kind of person?
I personally lean towards tags! While it's nice to mail a card, a tag just seems to be that teensy tiny bit more versatile....Paired up with a bottle of red, a delightful dessert box, or a beautiful gift bag, it's a personal touch that's rather easy to pull off in a hurry. Plus, few things make me smile more than a pile of tags, all done up and ready for some twine :)

For today's tags, I started off with a basic Kraft cardstock base, cut with the Classic Tags with Fillable Elements dies. Before adhering my Holiday bouquet, I wanted to add a bit of snow-like wonder to the tags, and decided on using the Shabby Pink Embossing Enamel
Simply sprinkle on cardstock, heat from below so as not to disturb the flecks, and viola!

To stamp the florals, I used the Stamptember collab set from SSS and TSM. Unfortunately, it's no longer available, but this set has just the most beautiful alternative to the flowers, and this set is just the perfect addition for all the large leafy die-cuts. The stamp set also comes with these cute tags and bow cut outs, but I think any tag could do here, and some real twine would be just lovely!

I can hardly wait to make more Holiday tags...I'm already eyeing up all the supplies to use!

  1. I never use my Shabby Embossing Enamel, but I've pinned your tags so maybe I will now! These are little works of art, my friend--just love the foliage on the kraft!

    1. Ohhh Greta!!! You will love it! It's heaps of fun, but it does take some tries to get it right. The first time I tried it, it went all over the place - so I now keep my heat tool a fair distance away. It takes a bit longer, but saves me a mess ;)

  2. The lovely shades of coral and green simply POP on those kraft tags! And those pretty little sprinkles look perfectly placed. Two tiny works of art Ivana!
