~A Ray of Sunshine~
Hi friends. I want to introduce you to a very special person to me...She lights up my life with her laughter and her soft words...She means the world to me...
She is my sweet grandma...or as we call her...Nona
I wanted to make the layout just as cheery as this photo, so I used a combination of the beautiful Webster's Pages Spring Market and Yacht Club collections here, adding in warm yellow, green and blue accents. I did lots of fussy cutting, some punching and some stamping...

I wanted to make the layout just as cheery as this photo, so I used a combination of the beautiful Webster's Pages Spring Market and Yacht Club collections here, adding in warm yellow, green and blue accents. I did lots of fussy cutting, some punching and some stamping...
The paper 'lace' border is made by cutting out individual designs from punched borders from two different papers and then gluing them down (alternating from one colour to the next)...I also stamped some lovely designs from a Bo Bunny Peacock Lane stamp set in a golden hue, which I cut out and then glued below the paper lace border...
I used several different edge punches on this layout to avoid harsh lines... I wanted to maintain the yellow/blue/green tones, so I cut out blue and yellow floral designs from the gorgeous WP paper to cover parts of the background paper that had red flowers...
I stamped floral vines (Inkadinkado stamp set) onto some white paper, cut them out and layered them on the punched paper strips to anchor my photo.
Love how this cheery layout perfectly reflects my sweet Nona's cheery laugh. Hope u take some time to scrap someone near and dear to your heart too...You'll love the way it will put a smile on your face and fill your heart with warmth. I promise.
Much love.
