Pink Frills: Part 2

~Sweet as Can Be~

Today I'm sharing the second part of my hot pink addiction...But also a few other little things I can't seem to live without.

Wreaths, lace, buttons and dots...Not many things sweeter, imho :)

Most of my cards feature at least one, and often times, all of these elements. I simply can't resist the sweetness of all of these frilly embellishments and I love the way they dress up stamped cards.

For the top of the card, I used the Tiny Tags die, as well as the Heart Border die for a couple of sweet accents.

And the rest of the card features a lot of stamped bits, using PTI's Strawberry Patch Sentiments stamp, Rustic Wreath stamp set, Mini Blooms stamp set,  all stamped in Winter Wisteria, Hibiscus Burst and Sweet Blush ink.

This next card features stamped images from PTI's Rosie Posie stamp set, both for the geometric print on the side, as well as the leaves and pretty flowers.

At the top of the card, I added a sparkly ribbon along with some crinkled seam binding, and a tiny button.

For each of the little pinked fabric scraps, I used the Perfect Patches die, and the coordinating inside mat, which I die-cut out of Vintage Cream felt, before adding a little Posie.

To finish the card, I added a little Thank You die-cut, using this PTI die

I really love this color palette and love that the pretty mix of fuschia and purple are so very reminiscent of Pantone's 2014 Color of the Year - Radiant Orchid. If it was solely up to me, our new home would be plastered in these hues :)
But I do believe hubby might object, so note-to-self: hot pink only for papercrafting.

Wishing you a lovely day,

xo
