Hugs for Humboldt

Hi Friends.

I'm stopping in quickly this morning to share the card we've created in honour of the
heartbreaking loss of the Humboldt Broncos.

This was a very difficult card to make. With each stroke of the brush, our hearts were overwhelmed by emotion...Our eyes welling up with tears.

We designed the card to reflect the 29 individuals that were on the bus that day. Each flower representing a life of this group of very special people that will forever remain in our hearts.

We connected the flowers with a green wreath in Bronco's team color. A symbol of the team's unity - their everlasting bond, despite this terrible tragedy.

Sequins to capture their sparkling light, which will never be forgotten.

And words of comfort, to share with loved ones.

Thank you to everyone who has helped in any way - through thoughts, prayers, kind words...And thank you everyone who has reached out to help support the families through these cards or directly through the Go Fund Me page.

We will continue making the cards today and we hope to help out the families as much as possible.

If you are new here or want to help, you can read the full story here, or read below on how to donate.

HOW TO DONATE

If you would like to help me reach the $1000 goal and donate, there are two ways you can do so:

1. Send an email to ivanacamdzicstoicescu@gmail.com with your name, address, and the number of card sets you would like ($25 for a set of two). I will then send you information on how to make the transfer via Paypal.

OR

2. Directly donate by visiting this Etsy donation listing.

At the end of each day, I will review the donations made via Paypal and Etsy and package and ship out card sets. Anyone is welcome to order, and there is no minimum on the amount of sets that can be ordered.

To ship the cards, I will require a preferred address. While Paypal and Etsy typically provide an address, I would like to ask each donor to provide me with their physical address via email (ivanacamdzicstoicescu@gmail.com)  of where to ship the cards, so that I can ensure accuracy.

I will be accumulating the donations over the next several days (possibly weeks - depending on the interest generated), and submitting the funds in one sum, directly to the Go Fund Me page.

I will be keeping a safe and secure record of all the names  and information of the contributors, and sending out an official Go Fund Me confirmation receipt to all the donors, once the sum has been donated.

Thank you to everyone who has already reached out.
Your support and love will never be forgotten.

Thank you and blessings to you all,

Ivana
