Festive Holiday Card featuring Queen and Co. Merry & Bright Ornament Kit

Have you started thinking about the holidays yet?
I know it's a tad early, but I've had the most delicious, wonderful parcels arrive in my mailbox and I simply couldn't resist the urge to play! I also love that this time of year, because of our still-colorful surroundings, I am inspired to make bright holiday cards.

Today I'm sharing a colorful number using the Queen and Co's Merry & Bright Ornament Kit
It is sooo jam-packed with tiny little trinkets, gorgeous dies, stamps and paper. The ornaments are beyond darling, and for this card, I decided to make a set of stringed ornament shakers. The ornaments are such a great size. They can be used as a single focal point or to be lined up in multiples like this. I used the kit paper pad for all the die-cutting, as well as the trim of gorgeous star paper. Isn't it so festive?

Inside each ornament, I added some resin snowflakes (included in the kit), and a few little flat sequins. Just behind the ornaments, I added some burst stamps..I think it gives off the look of these beauties glimmering in pretty light....I stamped in colors of Hibiscus Burst and Aqua Mist. I threaded some string through the hooks, and at the top, added a bow, along with a sweet mint button. You'll also notice I couldn't resist the mint candy resin bits from the kit. They're so,so cute!

At the bottom, I added some gingham paper and a floral scalloped circle using PTI's scalloped circle Holiday Hugs kit die. Atop that, I stamped the sweet sentiments using the kit stamp set - it's full of sentiments in adorable and festive fonts.

I am seriously head over heels. I can't wait to give this kit some more love as winter approaches.

Thanks so much for joining me today Friends!
