Happy Spring - Pinkfresh Studio | Shaped Cards

Heloooooo Friends! How are you all doing this fine day? It's so wonderful to be popping in with a bright number on this gloomy morning. Makes everything seem a lot more cheery and radiant :)
My card today is a fun twist on an Easter egg. I find that whenever I'm lacking in creative mojo, shaped cards seem to jolt me back out of that slump, and I hope they'll do the same for you!

To start my little card today, I stamped and die-cut a heap of pretty flowers using the Embroidered Blossoms stamp set by Pinkfresh Studio. I've really loved using these florals. There are so many different sizes, leaves, and accents, that it makes it really easy to arrange a bouquet or a floral frame - you can find just what you need to fill all those little gaps.

For my palette today, I picked vibrant and happy hues. I'm absolutely LOVING this gorgeous orange-red. I think it's my color. For my sentiment today, I've used the Scripted Bold Sentiments 2 stamp to mask the word 'happy' set along with another little stamp to make it Spring-y.

Since my card was oh-so-eggy, I thought it would be fun to add some dimensional eggs, too!
I cut both eggs in half, and added a little bit of faux moss at the base.
I finished off my card with some white and clear Nuvo drops.

Thanks for joining me today, Friends!

    1. Hi there! I am so sorry that your inbox is filling up with notifications! That is super frustrating! I've looked to see if I can change any of the settings and unfortunately, Blogger doesn't allow me to do so. Is there anything in the email itself that allows you to unsubscribe to the post? I'd love to help more - please head over to my contact page and send me a note. Hopefully we can figure it out :) Thank you so much for visiting and saying hi! xo
