Love You - 2 Stamping Styles, One Set | The Stamp Market

Good Morning Friends! It's New Year's Eve and I can hardly believe another year has passed.
Whatever your plans may be and wherever the New Year may take you, I sure hope this bright and cheery post will put a smile on your face :)

My cards today are a mix of a whole lot of goodies from The Stamp Market, and I've linked them all up for you below. Some of these pretties are intended for Christmas, but that's ok! Y'all know I love to stretch my supplies, so let's get into it!

For my first card, I wanted to use the gorgeous Festive Floral stamp in a non-Holiday way.
I stamped up a few of the elements in various colors, and arranged them on my card as a frame of sorts. You'll note by my title that I've used two different stamping techniques in this post. For this card, I followed the traditional style.

I stamped and cut the Stacked Love You sentiment and adhered it to the center. I also added a button and some twine for just a little something extra.

For this little number, I used a different stamping technique, which gives off a soft edge watercolored look. Instead of stamping down my images, I smudged them a bit by moving my block ever so slightly once it made contact with the cardstock. Do you see how the lines aren't super well defined? This is a perfect technique if you're still trying to perfect stamping!

For this little duo, I used a wreath base and arranged my greenery and berries. I then tucked in the stamped tag - which was also topped up with some twine, a little heart and a gold embossed sentiment. I kind of like the idea of thank you notes during the Holidays - perfect for a hostess gift ;)

Happy 2020,  Friends!
