Thinking of You - Pinkfresh + The Stamp Market

Besides cardmaking, coloring is quite high on my list of favorites.
I couldn't tell you the first thing about shading and artistic coloring, but I do love a good coloring session!

It's one of the reasons I absolutely adore the Flower Garden stamp set I used on my card today!
Not only are the florals large enough for easy coloring, but I love that the design covers the whole card front. It makes it so easy to pull together a chic card in no time.

For my card today, I stamped my design, colored up with Copic hues, and then stamped it all over again, heat-embossing in gold.

Over top, I added a sentiment from the All Lined Up set, heat-embossed onto some heat-resistant acetate, as well as some paper hearts and sparkly jewels.

I cannot wait to color up more of this gorgeous floral, but I‘ve also been loving it plain as a background. You can see it here :)

  1. This is lovely. I like the idea of stamping, coloring, and then stamping again to emboss. I never do this but I like the way it makes your card sparkle and shine. I also like the way you used the acetate for the sentiment. At first, I thought you had embossed over the entire image again and was wondering how you did it!! I have not had very much success embossing on acetate, even with the heat resistant kind and I have been stamping for over 20 years. it always warps on me. I LOVE the look, though and think I will have to try it again. Thank you for all your inspiration!!
