~Holiday Crafting~
I just had to pop in to share my latest cards created with some of the beautiful holiday Maja paper. I decided to try my hand at the 6x6 It's Christmas Time paper pad.
It was so much fun to work with, and I loved how little waste is created from working with this size.
Also, the little Santa Claus image was just the size I needed for this card. Had I used the 12x12 format, the image would have been much too large.
I really didn't do much to add to the beautiful papers. I only added some snowflakes, a few metallic pearls, a rub-on sentiment, and some twine and a button.
It is so easy to put together a card, when the papers are this beautiful :)
This next holiday card is one that I created a while back for our Christmas in July challenge, but I cannot remember if I shared it here.
Also created with It's Christmas Time , I love this card for it's monochromatic shades. I layered a few papers together, and added lots of lace, felt, chipboard, and die-cuts. I love all the layers, and even though the colors are subtle, this card really comes to life in person, because of all the dimension.
I am enjoying some time with my momma...And hot apple cider calls my name, so I best be going.
I hope you're all enjoying this lovely day!
