Baggies of Love - The Stamp Market | Customizing Gift Packaging

Helloooo and happy Friday Sunday! Things are a little behind on the blog this weekend, but I'm so glad to you've stopped in.
Have you had a good weekend so far? I sure hope it's been lovely and if not, perhaps these little baggies will bring a little cheer your way!

I often have a need for bitty baggies to wrap up small gifts, baking, or a bulky card, so every now and again, I stock up and make a heap of them using my WRMK Gift Bag Punch Board
I usually leave them blank, so that I can grab them as needed, and dress them up in trimmings that  suit the recipient. These baggies were made just for fun, but this is how I would decorate them up before sending them off.

For both my baggies, I used supplies from The Stamp Market. I loooove all these little bits so much, and I can't help but show them in an array of colors. First up, for my large baggie, I used the Love You dies, which are super fun for small spaces, since they're so skinny. But they're just as fun to extend with a few extra o's :)

To trim my baggie, I used some twine for the handles, adorned with tiny hearts from the Heaps of Hearts die set. Just beside that, I also added a sunny yellow heart stamped with the co-ordinating stamp set.

I love adding a little bit of texture to my baggies, so I made a couple of fun tassels out of felt, using my fringing shears.  I also added some fringed tissue inside the baggie for a little extra color.

At the bottom, I added a heat-embossed vellum sentiment, stamped with Scripty Sentiments.

I also made a little buddy to my bigger baggie, decorated up with the fun Scalloped Frame and Scallop Border dies (and a little bit of fringe, of course)! The bow is an older item that is no longer available, but I've linked up some other bow options below, as well as a baggie die ;)

Do you like to make your own gift packaging? Or do you prefer to find it in a store?

Thanks for visiting, friends!
