Sending you Love - Wow! Embossing Powder

Soft and sweet is definitely my go-to style. Toss in a little pink, a touch of glitter, a dash of wispy vellum...and I'm in heaven! Also this card is a HUGE paper hug to anyone who might need it today...I certainly do. Our sweet little kitty was in a doggy altercation yesterday and it was a super scary experience. She is relatively ok given how serious her injuries are, but I can't get the image out of my mind! I think it will take us a little while to get over it...but a little bit of love certainly helps to speed things along :)

Anywho, back to today's card, which is a tribute to my hands-down favorite style and my favorite glittery embossing powder from Wow! As you might know, I've been popping by the Wow blog to share a post each Wednesday this month, but I couldn't resist playing a little more with my newest embossing obsession...This sparkly hue is absolutely gorgeous! It's called Midas Touch, and it's a mega-watt of metallic sparkle power mixed in with decadent glittery bits.

If you've ever photographed glitter, you'll know it's impossible to capture it in all its glory, but I do have a wee peek over in my Instagram feed, so if you're curious, do swing by!

To make my card, I started off with stamped Anemone stamp, stamping the base and accent layers, and adding the heat-embossed outline. I arranged them in a floral frame, and added a heat-embossed vellum butterfly using the Opaque White embossing powder.

At the bottom, I added a tiny sentiment, and a sprinkling of crystal confetti throughout.

Thank you for visiting sweet friends. Sending you heaps of love!
