Happy Sunday, Friends!
Today, I'm sharing a pile of cards created for the Pinkfresh March Challenge going on over on the PF blog. Should you feel inspired by today's colors or theme (which is florals, so obvi I am very, very happy to play along), please head over to the blog to enter your creation. There is a fun giveaway in store :)
For my cards today, I chose to use the gorgeous new Joyful Day collection and pair up some pretty colors, patterns and textures.
For my first card, I used the Ephemera Pack from the Everyday Musings collection for the florals. The rest of the bitty bits are from the Joyful Day Chipboard Stickers and Ephemera Pack.
I backed the paint-splattered base with a soft pink pattern from the Joyful Day paper pack.
I love this next card, it's simple but so sweet and playful.
Once again, I used bits from both of these packs to layer up all the elements. I also added in some cards from the Joyful Day Pocket Cards with Foil.
For my third card, I used Journaling Pockets from the Everyday Musings collection.
Isn't this sweet folk art floral so cute?!
I tucked in a whole heap of bits into the pocket, such as tickets, tags, and some sweet ovals.
I added a bow to finish things off.
For my last card, I used paper from the Everyday Musings collection, and a few more ephemera and chipboard bits.
The colors in the Joyful Day collection are so sweet and soft, ranging from soft pink, to coral, to a very light lilac. The Everyday Musings collection is a little moodier, but I love it still. And it's so wonderful that they pair so well together.
Thank you for joining me today, I hope you'll give this challenge a try!
