Take Time to Smell the Flowers - Pinkfresh Studio

Everything about these - well all flowers, really - makes me smile. Their joyous and curvy stems, the soft petals accented with just the right amount of shading, and how wonderfully they stamp into the most luscious bouquet.
I do love them so.

To make my floral-bursting card, I used the Layered Bouquet  set and the Curvy Floral Vine set, along with some of my favorite Pinkfresh ink hues, which I've linked up below.

I started by layering the Foliage Frame diecut on a pink cardstock base, and assembled my florals overtop.

I added a heat-embossed sentiment and some Nuvo drops to finish things off...I'm really in love with these colors! They remind me of Springtime tulips..So I think I'll hang on to this one for just a little while until it ushers in Spring for real-sies.

  3. More and more I’m seeing designs by artists with colored card stock, and I’m loving the look. I agree with you, the flowers are beautiful, for many reasons. I don’t often feel like I’m walking through a floral garden via a card, but I do with yours. I love your work!
